Christina Inman clarifies some doubts about Dragonball
I have been in touch again with the manager of the Fox in Mexico, Christina Inman, and has clarified that you have some doubts regarding Dragonball.
- Release Date: April 8, 2009
- It can be taken as official and that date is set in stone.

- We will soon be addressing this hard and rush to finish the post-production of the first movie … Talk about second or third movies is premature.

She tells me that it’s likely that the promotion of the film start the second half of this year, because they are preparing several things … But she says that the worry is that the first film is well.
Teaser trailer in “The Happening”
On whether the teaser trailer could emerge in the movie “The Happening” (13/June/2008), she commented that targets are different, and the classification of this film will Shylaman does not help that you can build there, so would be another movie for release … But perhaps for those dates can be and have some teaser

this really sucks i mean really i think at least december or early jan is jus fine to bring the movie out i mean. why say u may make it a trilogy if they are goin to wait so long to bring out a movie that is finished. if they were goin to make toys and games they shoulda thought about that before filming even began.

the way fox is being about this movie is very odd. i mean spiderman lotr ironman these movies had tons of stuff out posters trailers etc way before they came out because the studio had faith in it and wanted to get people hyped up for it. Either fox has no faith in this movie or they think they have a ton and i mean a ton of faith in it, cause to keep everyone waiting is stupid. DAMN YOU FOX GIVE US, THE FANS, SOMETHING!!!!!

Boo for official April date! Whatever… I just hope the movie does well so they can secure a second film. With all this waiting, the Dragonball movie better get some great publicity when its closer to release date! Im talking about commericals, action figures, McDonalds freebies, cereal, Dragonball bowling balls, HBO making of specials, interviews, and Dragonball waffles! Waffles sound nice…

omg this is really some new man!! i cant wait to see a trailer a poster woud be nice u know. june the 7 is when dragonball z bust of limit comes out right or is agust or july…? well the game looks bad ass if any one has not seen it.

I think we will be getting trailers and posters in June. Or maybe a poster sooner and a trailer later, let’s just hope it goes well. Just in case some people don’t know there doing post-production right now. That means special effects, editing the picture, writing and doing the soundtrack, putting the film onto video data through a color corrector and stuff like that; typical stuff. And post-production does in fact take longer to do than the actual filming itself, and I’m guessing that’s why it was delayed til April of 09.

Am I the only one that realizes(sp?) that this is like the first actual ANYTHING we’ve gotten from those bastards at FOX? I mean, the first five years they denied it’s existence! OMG! Dragonball is Fox’s Area 51! This movie is going to rock!

yeah, this movie is going to rock, i think as someone said before fox has a lot of faith in this movie, not little faith, it would be stupid not to have faith in a movie of 100 million with such a huge fanbase
