Teaser Poster?
Dragonball Le Film found a teaser poster on a Japanese blog. It could be fake, but it seems very real. Please note the March release date printed on the poster is for Japan only, as previously reported.
According to a IMDB member, Sour Mikan, here what is written:
“Legend becomes reality
March 2009
Dragonball

The link leads automatically to the official Fox Japan Website. Here we can see that the release in Japan is March 2009!

@Adam: Well that’s why its unfortunately just a “teaser” poster. Batman Begin’s teaser poster was just the new Batsign, I remembered how disappointed I was when I just saw that.

I personally like it. It creates interest for people who know nothing about it (wait, japan, who wouldn’t know about it.) For america it might work. Looks the most official that I’ve seen so far.

I just think the Dragonball itself looks really poorly made. Everything else looks fine.

It is real, i doubt someone will make a huge poster to trick people, not only that the website on the bottom re directs you to the fox x japan movies.o For the first teaser poster, its f great. People who think that there should have been one with piccolo, m goku, bulma or any other character… just wait it will come. I….

LOL CHILL guys its a LQ pic so of course its gonna look crappy right now..i think its pretty neat for a teaser..i thought everyone was expecting something like this…i mean TEASER POSTER..emphasis on TEASER..sigh

It looks okay for a teaser poster.. I mean wat more do u expect, if they havent even showed a teaser/trailer yet. But I’m hoping it will look alot better once I see it in high quality.
Also, someone said they think they see writing on the Dragonball.. I dun see it, i think it’s just from all the lighting and stuff around it that’s messin with ur eyes.
But it does make sense.. with all the effects around the dragonball.. Like once the dragon is summoned, there’s like lightning goin down onto the dragonballs and the sky gets freakin dark and as u can see in the poster, thats exactly wats goin on.

Well, Fox Japan’s website has a listing of all upcoming movies with their posters, etc. and so far, DB is one of the “coming soon” films with no teaser poster attached to it . . . so if it is official, it should be up their soon, hopefully. (Unless it was leaked somehow? The Japanese blog/site that first posted it has been shut down since, I’ve heard. . . . )
I dunno. This is the most official looking poster I’ve seen so far (Fox logo and everything), but still . . . dunno. It just seems a bit underwhelming (could have used some better Photoshopping), and it’s also kind of fishy that an official teaser poster wouldn’t show up on the ‘net, or on any official websites, first. O_o;

@Moi: It most likely an Official Poster , the reason why it hasn’t been posted on Official sites yet is probably because Fox hasn’t give the “Go ahead” signal to release promotional media yet. The poster seems to be behind a glass ( Sort of like when to you go to theaters and you see promotional posters behind those glass cases). So this can only mean that promotional stuff is going to be released pretty soon. (I’m assuming that this might be some 20th Century Fox headquarters in Japan where this picture was taken thus explaining why they would have the poster).

lol nothing can really be said about this pic.. the quality is wayyyy to poor to even judge. It looks really pixely and its all distorded so your not REALLY seeing the quality of the poster.. it probably looks fine in person and its good for a teaser.. cause teasers usually only show something very simple and not to complex.. example…the new bat man sign?…optimus primes eye?.. just little things that dont really give away anything but the fact that the movie is coming out and people know..thats why it teases you =]

this poster looks ligit.it is really lame though.for a teaser poster,they should have gave japan a little more just of a tease.not something that looks fanmade.beside its japan.U.S. posters different from other countries.and because the movie is a motnh away from our release date.this could be we might get our poster less then a month

Adam, JP, Jacksterson, Craig freakin’ rock! I am so happy to come back to some real news. I almost cried when I saw that Dragonball poster. That poster looks amazing!!!! I didn’t know it was going to look that good. Please tell me it’s real boss!! Anyways, sorry I was gone Emperor Adam. I took a little vacation. I hope your not going to write me up for it. Anyways, I couldn’t wait to get back home to check the news out. Dragonball freakin’ rocks!!!!
